Ingredients

  • 1 lime, juiced and zested (about 1/4 cup juice and 1 teaspoon zest)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
  • 2 jalapeƱo peppers, minced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together in a bowl or bag for marinating.
  2. Add your choice of meat or vegetables and marinate for at least one hour. (Max of three hours)
