Ingredients
- 1 lime, juiced and zested (about 1/4 cup juice and 1 teaspoon zest)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 jalapeƱo peppers, minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
Directions
- Add all ingredients together in a bowl or bag for marinating.
- Add your choice of meat or vegetables and marinate for at least one hour. (Max of three hours)
