Ingredients
  • 1/4 cups Packed brown sugar (for a low-carb alternative use 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon instead of sugar, or use your favorite sugar substitute)
  • 1/4 cups Kosher salt
  • 1/4 cups Smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper ((optional))
Instructions
  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
  2. Use as an all purpose BBQ seasoning or dry rub. Will store at room temperature, best if used within 3-4 months.
